We work with Lloyd's of London to help them and their Managing Agents prepare for incidents impacting the insurance market. Most recently we delivered an exercise to test the Managing Agents’ ability to cope with ongoing business disruption following a catastrophic natural disaster alongside a suspected cyber attack.
The multi-day exercise simulated events across a two-month period. Sessions were delivered remotely with participants logging in to Social Simulator twice a day to access engaging and realistic exercise materials and updates and communicate with Exercise Control.
After each set of information was published including emails, media coverage, audio recordings and social media updates, participants were asked to complete a series of tasks within Social Simulator. Responses to these were collated for Lloyd’s of London to analyse. Each participant also received a copy of their own submissions as evidence of their participation.

"The Helpful Digital Team were incredibly easy to work with and their expertise was a huge asset in both the planning and successful execution of the 2024 Market Wide Scenario Exercise.
They were undaunted by the complexities of the Lloyd’s market and its various stakeholders and I look forward to working with them again."
